TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS (BLOCKCHAIN, AI, ETC.)
Workshop principle
This workshop aims to introduce participants to the main technological innovations that impact the business world, notably virtual reality (VR), generative artificial intelligence (AI) for text and image, and blockchain.
Participants are invited to browse the various technology stands and will have the opportunity to experience these technologies through interactive exercises and games. They will be led to reflect and project on possible applications in their professional practices.
Educational objectives:
- Discover technological innovations: Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of the main technological innovations affecting the business world, through videos and interactions with the facilitators.
- Understand the application of these technologies: Participants will be able to improve their understanding of these technologies, their current and future impacts on their professional activities, and project themselves on different use cases concerning them.
- Experience the technologies: Participants will have the opportunity to “get a hands-on feel” for these technologies through exercises with Generative AI, a game with blockchain, and a simulation with VR.
Generative Text AI
Generative Text Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a technology that allows machines to understand and generate text autonomously. It is based on language models trained on large amounts of textual data.
Here are some tools and resources to further explore this technology:
The tools
ChatGPT (GPT-4)
ChatGPT, developed by OpenAI, is a chatbot designed to naturally interact with human users. ChatGPT can converse in text, voice, and even interact visually, making it useful in many situations.
Claude 3
Developed by a company named Anthropic, Claude 3 is a tool that can give precise answers on a wide variety of subjects and understand large amounts of text at once. Claude 3 is also the first generative AI model to have equaled or even surpassed GPT-4, OpenAI’s flagship, the market leader.
LLAMA 2
This is a language model developed by Meta (formerly Facebook) that can be used for a variety of natural language processing tasks. LLAMA 2 is an open model, thus available for anyone to download for research or commercial use.

Generative Image AI
Generative Image AI allows for the creation of new and unique images from scratch or modified from existing images. Here are some tools associated with this technology:
The tools
DALL.E 3
A tool accessible via the Microsoft Bing image creator or directly on ChatGPT Plus, which allows generating all kinds of images, DALL.E 3 uses GPT-4 as its engine and can therefore create very precise images corresponding to your requests.
Adobe Firefly
A generative image AI developed by Adobe that has the particularity of being trained only on Shutterstock content, owned by Adobe. The safest AI to use in your company to date.
MidJourney
This tool has impressed with its ability to generate artistic images.
Use cases
Employer Branding Marketing
Generative Image AI can be used to create unique illustrations and graphics that represent the employer brand. This can help make recruitment campaigns more appealing and memorable, and visually convey the company culture.
Training and Development
Training modules can be enriched with AI-generated images to illustrate complex scenarios or create visually engaging training materials. For example, generating images to illustrate conflict resolution scenarios or specific work processes.
Internal Communication
Generative Image AI can help create informative graphics for internal communication, such as infographics on company performance, organizational changes, or policy updates.
Generative Video AI
Generative Video AI allows for the creation of realistic and personalized videos by combining visual elements. This technology opens up new possibilities for video content creation. Here are some associated tools:
The tools
Sora
OpenAI’s latest, the most powerful video generation model to date. Currently unavailable to the public.
Pika Art
Popular and easy-to-use video generation tool. Allows for the creation of 3-second videos.
Gen2 by RunwayML
First serious player in video generation. It is a popular and easy-to-use tool. Allows for the creation of 3-second videos.

La Blockchain
Blockchain is a transparent and secure information storage and transmission technology, operating without a central control body. It is the basis of many cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. To understand the fundamentals of blockchain, you can read the original Bitcoin whitepaper by Satoshi Nakamoto available on the Bitcoin website.
Some use cases of blockchain in business:
Background verification
Blockchain can facilitate employee background verification by providing an immutable and verifiable record of employee qualifications and experience.
Contract management
Smart contracts on the blockchain can automate contract management, including work agreements and vendor contracts.
Compensation management
Blockchain can simplify and secure payment processes, including payroll and benefits.
Identity and access management
Blockchain can provide an infrastructure for secure management of identities and access to enterprise resources.
Diploma and certification management
Blockchain can facilitate the verification of diplomas and certifications, thus helping HR quickly validate candidate qualifications.
Extended Reality (XR)
Extended Reality (XR) is an umbrella term that encompasses various forms of technological reality, including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR).
Virtual Reality (VR) immerses users in a fully digital environment. Augmented Reality (AR) overlays digital elements onto the real environment. Mixed Reality (MR) is a fusion of the two, allowing digital and physical objects to coexist and interact in real-time.
In the context of this workshop, Reverto’s VR videos can be used to simulate work situations and learn to manage scenarios like harassment or sexism.
Here are some popular extended reality headsets:
Les outils
Meta Quest 3
The Meta Quest 3 is a standalone VR headset from the Meta range, designed to provide an immersive VR experience with precise motion tracking. Mixed reality is in the spotlight.
Apple Vision Pro
Apple’s Vision Pro is a high-end AR/VR headset that focuses on mixed reality components.
