GASPARD TERTRAIS
Gaspard Tertrais is a French entrepreneur and IT architect with a previous career in the hospitality industry. He co-founded the blockchain service Gaspard & Joseph in 2021 and is currently the co-founder and CTO of Tomorrow Theory, the leading studio in HR innovation. Passionate about innovation and complex challenges, he deepens his expertise daily in topics such as Blockchain, GenAI, extended reality, and more broadly, web3. Gaspard is an author and lecturer at Sciences Po Paris Executive Education and the University of Paris Cité.
Stéphanie Renverseau
Stéphanie studied at HEC Paris and also holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics. She was an Information Systems consultant for 4 years and worked within the General Inspection body of the BPCE Group. She then joined JobTeaser as Lead Innovation Manager of the Research & Innovation Division, where she was responsible for coordinating and managing operational projects. She is now the managing director of the HR innovation studio Tomorrow Theory.
Wilhem Godeau
Wilhem studied at the University of Paris-Dauphine, earning a Master’s degree in Marketing and Strategy. He worked at Havas Paris before joining Tomorrow Theory as a Social Media Manager. Passionate about video games and new technologies, he closely follows the latest innovations, such as GenAI, virtual reality, and blockchain, which are transforming the way content is created and consumed to develop more engaging and narrative experiences.
JÉRÉMY LAMRI
Jeremy Lamri is a French entrepreneur and researcher specializing in understanding and developing human potential. He has founded or co-founded several organizations, including Le Lab RH, Monkey tie, the Hub France IA, Gaspard & Joseph, and more recently Tomorrow Theory, where he serves as CEO. He studied physics at Oxford and strategy at HEC Paris and holds a doctorate in psychology from Paris Descartes. Author of seven books and a speaker on the future of work and organizations, he teaches at HEC Paris and Sciences Po Paris. Jeremy is a strategic advisor or board member of various organizations, such as JobTeaser, Maki People, the Centrale Nantes Foundation, and the Institute of SocioDynamics.
Boris sirbey
A Doctor of Philosophy and author of several books, he co-founded the startup MyJobCompany in 2012, which became a leader in the participatory recruitment market in 2016. He left MyJobCompany in 2017 to focus on CollectivZ, which develops learning communities in the service of causes (integration, CSR, citizen projects). In parallel, he co-founded Le Lab RH with Jérémy Lamri in 2015 and France Apprenante in 2018.
