Tomorrow Theory is the reference studio for HR innovation, created by the founders of Lab RH among others. The initiative is the result of more than 12 years of entrepreneurial experiments around human potential, technology and organizational transformation. It is also, as often, a story of encounters.
First, a meeting between committed citizens wishing to restore meritocracy, common sense and long-term management in organizations. But also a meeting between professionals as passionate as they are terrified by the potential of science and technology. Finally, a meeting between humanists deeply convinced by the possibility of collective intelligence for the greatest number in the service of the greatest number.
Four founders, and many partners, have come together to create Tomorrow Theory, the first French HR innovation studio, spearheading conscious and responsible transformation in the service of societal issues. By taking the time to understand the systemic functioning of our society, it becomes possible to think differently about the competitiveness issues of organizations, betting on today’s and tomorrow’s human capital.
